2. Our Services

3. Client Obligations

• The Client must comply with all applicable rules, regulations, codes of practice, and laws relating to its use of the Services, including without limitation its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, Competition Act 1998, and the E-Commerce Directive and equivalent legislation.
• The Client must indemnify and keep Salt Innovate indemnified in respect of any and all costs, claims, or proceedings whatsoever brought against Salt Innovate arising from the Client's use of the Services.
• The Client must satisfy itself whether or not warranties (where given) by Third Party Service Providers are acceptable for the Client's business purposes or risk management policies. Salt Innovate's only responsibility in respect of the Third Party Services is to take reasonable care and skill when selecting the providers of the same.

4. Content

We understand the sensitive nature of your business data and are committed to a non-disclosure policy that guarantees your business secrets are safe with us.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will make an effort to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

6. Payments and Cancellation

Our financial terms are flexible, offering you a range of payment options and plans that suits your financial planning.

• All digital marketing packages, including SEO and Social Media, are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.
• This agreement is based on any past, present, and/or future Services provided by Salt Innovate to the Client. Since the Services offered by Salt Innovate are unique and different from one another, the following terms and conditions apply as per the specific Services purchased and documented in the invoice provided by Salt Innovate.

7. Additional Clauses

Intellectual Property Rights

Salt Innovate retains all intellectual property rights to any designs, graphics, or content created during the course of providing Services to the Client. The Client may only use such materials for the agreed-upon purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without explicit written consent from Salt Innovate.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the course of their business relationship confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the other party's written consent.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to mediation or arbitration as determined by applicable law.

8. Termination

If for any reason this partnership is not providing the value you need, a termination policy that ensures a smooth transition is in place.
